Command words
According to Nebosh, all the examples used here in the command word are examples for explanation only, so you don't have to reuse them for future exam, instead, you can keep them in mind as a response method on your test paper.
"Outline"
The command word "outline" is the most unwanted word for students, as it is challenging for them. According to NEBOSH regarding command words available on the NEBOSH website, a “scheme” means “to provide a detailed explanation of the word or sentence to be explained, so that many candidates do not provide sufficient detail in order to ensure that the“ outlines ”are answered.
Proceeding from the concept of NEBOSH, if the command word is used in everyday language or conversation, it may help the candidate to understand what exactly is required.

"Explain"
The command word "explanation" requires the candidate to provide a detailed understanding of the content of the question. Some candidates deal with an "explanation" question such as "outline" and present a large number of individual points, and this is the opposite of what NEBOSH requires, which is to provide a detailed explanation of how something or a reason works. Something happened. While some candidates answer such questions adequately and satisfactorily, and some other candidates face difficulty in providing a logical explanation, many people repeat the same points that were previously mentioned in the answer to the same question.
"Identify"
When you mention the "identify" question in the NEBOSH exams, they ask you to mention or specify the name of the item, such as "Identify hazards associated with the sludge", or "Identify three hazards associated with the replacing damaged thermal insulation in an overhead pipe rack that runs between two plants activity." Often, you must mention one or two words at most, and you will not be obliged to provide a simple explanation of these words, opposite to a word "Ountline" or "Explain" to get the full mark in the exam.
"Describe"
As stated in the NEBOSH guidelines, the word "description" requires a detailed written account of the topic, so that the other party can visualize and live with what you are about to describe.
If someone is asked about to "Describe" the basic principles of safe Handover, they will have little difficulty doing it and will likely indicate how to do it, so the scenario describes how safe Handover are made. The answers to such a question almost certainly will not lead to irrelevant general information about safe Handover. Candidates should consider the general use of the command word when submitting exam answers.
"Give"
The questions to be 'presented' require a statement relevant to the topic requested in the question but no additional explanation is required. Often, "give" questions are asked about the meaning of a particular term. you are not required to give a detailed explanation of the term, but a correct knowledge of the term itself is required in order for the examinee to be able to award the marks.
